Van Horn Trading Post is not owned by one gang, Van Horn is a trading post and a Safe haven for all criminals. With that being said, criminal activities are welcomed around this area. It’s shoot on site if LEO shows up or if the law comes in and must protect themselves.

♦️RULES♦️
⚫ Law Enforcement is not allowed to wait outside the perimeter of Van Horn for criminals.
⚫ Criminals still need to follow the county rules. For example: NO TORTURE/no crime within 30 min of storm.
⚫ Law Enforcement is allowed to go to Van Horn with a warrant to search for said individual(s). They have 10 min of search time.
⚫ Criminals are allowed to sell stolen items.
⚫ Gangs are not allowed to claim Van Horn as their territory.
⚫ Gangs are not allowed to panhandle every criminal or gang that walks into Van Horn. The whole purpose of Van Horn is for criminals to have a safe space to run from the law or to do their business.
⚫ No criminal is allowed to hold a hostage/kidnap in Van Horn trading post.
⚫ Anyone is allowed to turn in a ticket to report a player or business. Please make sure to add footage for the best possible outcome.
