Train Conductors 

Train Conductors are not to be robbed while on active duty, this will be treated seriously.

1. They may not be hogtied or held captive, this is for two main reasons:

   1. We are losing a lot of conductors due to constantly being robbed

   2. When they are robbed it bugs the train out and leaves it left on the track undrivable until a storm, also prevents others from driving their trains along that line.
