When submitting a ticket:
Player reports/complaints require time and a description of the incidents and people involved. In most situations, video footage of the incident is required, including sound. (Medal recommended)
Be respectful and patient with all tickets.
Do not give misleading or false information to deceive users.
No advertisement.
No unapproved links.
Use the correct channels for their designated languages or topics.
No spamming or chat flood
No impersonation.
No screamers or ear-piercing media.
No discrimination of race, ethnicity, sex, sexuality, and other personal traits.
No harassment of staff or members.
No malicious behavior or humor which may invoke harm upon another user.
No publishing of personal information that may infringe on a user's safety.
No NSFW or pornographic content and discussion.
No discussion regarding politics or religion.
No toxicity or disrespect toward other members, staff, and clients.
No promoting hacking or rule-breaking.
No offensive language/profanity.
All content must follow the Discord Community Guidelines and Discord TOS.
Any disrespect towards staff members or community members can result in a ban. Respect goes both ways.
Voice Chat rules apply to anything that is taking place within voice channels within the server.
No voice chat channel hopping.
No voice-changers.
No soundboards.
All general rules must be followed in voice chat.
