Miscellaneous Crime Rules
If you disengage for one minute, or both parties lose visual sight, you must reestablish the 30 seconds interaction.
The maximum group size for each crime is 6 people and you cannot ride in multiple groups to avoid this. These include the criminal side and the LEO side. The number of groups does not have to be even, so plan accordingly.
This applies to any situation where you try to intimidate others.
You may not change your clothes or appearance for 30 minutes after a fight or a crime.
You can use the "/" commands to remove or add clothing items that were part of this outfit, but you cannot get new outfit pieces.
An intelligent association can be made by players wearing known band colors and equipment.
Law enforcement cannot require the /rc character to display a mask or other clothing.
You may not leave the county for 30 minutes after committing a crime.
Offenders wearing a mask while committing a crime cannot be identified by their voice alone unless the person can be seen putting on and/or removing the mask. You may be interrogated or suspected about clothing, bandages for weapons, a horse, etc.
Hostages
From the time a hostage is hogtied, you have 15 minutes to get to your desired crime location and start the crime. If a crime has not been started in 15 minutes, you must release the hostage and find a new one.
You may not use a member of your party or a friend as a hostage at a robbery scene.
Hostages must follow orders or they can be killed. (Fear for Life)
Hostages may not be used in exchange for others.
If a police officer sees you running/abandoning your wagon or horse while committing a crime and describes it to you, you MUST call it to allow a search.
When a county statute cannot remove the items from the offender, the statute has the authority to require the items to be confiscated as evidence.
